Our Client
Our client is the global health service company operating in Thailand for more than 20 years. They are looking for Assistant Compliance Manager to be responsible for handling all company compliance and risk matters within the company.
Responsibilities:
· Prepare compliance reports to Regional and management
· Plan and implement compliance and risk program to avoid improper conduct by employees
· Support on regulatory and legislative related to non-life business
· Responsible for compliance, law and regulations training related to OIC, AML and CFT to all employees
· Support duties assigned by Head of Legal & Compliance and Compliance Manager
· Audit controls and measurements within the company
The successful applicant will have:
· A Bachelor's degree/Master's degree in law/Finance/Accounting
· 6+ years of working experience in corporate Risk and Compliance Division
· Having an experience in AML, CFT, OIC
· Understands the local& international laws and policies
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Thai
· Any gender with 28-35 years of age
· Thai nationality only
