The right candidate will -
- Strong business acumen and entrepreneurial approach in driving the business
- Minimum 5 years of front line management experience with a global luxury retail brand
- Lead by example in delivery of excellent customer service
- Ability to build rapport and long lasting relationships with clients
- Experience in training and development of sub-ordinates
- Understanding of back of the house operations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English language, Arabic language is an advantage
