Job description

Our client is known as a top 5 company in insurance market in Thailand, with a reputation for trust and reliability that extends countrywide. Now, they are looking for Call Center Manager to manage their call center operation.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing all Call Center operations
  • Monitor and improve service quality
  • Setting up KPI and evaluate team performance
  • Prepare report for management and some clients if required
  • Provide training or advice to team member to improve quality of work
  • Maintain a good relationship with customers and partners

Requirement:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field
  • At least 5 years of experience in call center for insurance business
  • Excellent in communication skill
  • Good command in Microsoft Office
  • Service Mind
  • Professionalism
  • Languages capability: Fluent command of English (both spoken and written)
