Job Description
Our client is a global health service company, specialized in Accident and Health insurance products in Thailand. They are now looking for ''Claim Manager - Accident &Health'' to provide fast, efficient and courteous claims to customer.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluates claims compensation under authority given and as per defined KPIs
- Follows up and handle those pending claims in the system with care and adjust the status and close the deal
- Coordinates and works with internal and external functions
- Controls and monitors claims payment, advanced and compensation as per those defined KPIs
- Work with the Finance Department to ensure the accuracy of TPA claims accounting statistics
- Lead claims colleagues for daily medical and non-medical claims processing
- Provide training and coaching claims staff
- Prepare business plan and budget to support business
- Prepare monthly claims operation report to present claims performance
- Participate in new product design and any task as assigned
Requirement:
- At least Bachelor's degree in any related field
- At least 5 years of experience in Accident & Health Claim is a must
- At least 5 years of experience in management level (At least Assistant manager would be considered)
- Experience in Claim Analysis is a necessary
- Have a good understanding in contract law and insurance legislation
- Have a good decision-making skill, negotiation skill, analytical mind, and sense of impartiality
- Excellent in communication skill and coordinating skill
- Professionalism
- Languages capability: Fluent command of English (both spoken and written)
