Job Description
Our client is an international company in the education industry with numerous branches around the world providing B2B and B2C courses. They are looking for a strong 'Commercial Director' who will be working directly with the CEO to design and implement Thailand's business strategies which include sales, marketing, and operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead managers into achieving revenue and making sure each center operates efficiently,
- Collaborate with different teams (sales, marketing, and operations) to ensure companies objectives are being fulfilled,
- Assist the CEO in managing the companies P&L using its corporate strategies,
- Create a plan and implement KPI's among other initiatives to optimize sales,
- Ensure revenue is reached,
- Manage complaints ensuring they are dealt with and taken seriously,
- Recruit staff in sales and marketing and ensure steps are taken to retain existing talent,
- Understand the competition and how the company's vision enables them to remain highly competitive,
Requirements:
- At least 10 years of experience in sales (B2C preferred), and at least 5 years of experience in management (B2C preferred),
- Managing multiple retail stores is preferable,
- Strong business and commercial acumen,
- Able to deal with a variety of nationalities,
- Experience working in a fast-paced and pro-active environment,
- A successful sales track record,
- Experience in managing a cross-functional team,
