Job Description

Our client is a well-known company with a highly profitable portfolio of businesses. With an expanding business, there is now an opportunity for a "Compensation & Benefits Specialist" with proven experience in C&B and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead preparations for compensation discussions and the development of compensation strategies
  • Assess current company benefit plans and provide recommendations for refinement in accordance with industry standards and benchmarks
  • Provide alignment of compensation strategy for the companies based on market conditions
  • Participate in C&B surveys, such as Mercer and other relevant surveys
  • Support job evaluations and/or verify the salary level of positions
  • Collaborate with HR staff members to organise annual Employee Benefit activities, including bonus and merit adjustment and insurance policy renewal
  • Responsible for end-to-end payroll service for approximately 200 HC

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • At least 5-8 years of experience in Human Resources Management with Compensation and Benefits background
  • A data-driven and analytical mindset, with the ability to independently set and meet task deadlines
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both in Thai & English language
  • Exceptional problem solving, organisational skills
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
