Job Description
Our client is a market leader in fintech lending company which mainly provide support SME business. They are now looking for "Credit Manager" to responsible for enabling quick lending decisions for SME borrowers. This position will report directly to Country Head.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate credit application and the risk involved in each transaction and strike an acceptable balance between risk and returns involved
- Able to make lending decisions independently
- Work closely with the Data team to improve scoring systems
- Coordinate with various parties such as Sales team, Finance, legal, and etc.
- Provide knowledge to clients about financial solution and Funding Societies
- Understand client's need and support them with financial solution to achieve their goal
Requirement:
- Thai nationality only
- At least Bachelor's degree in any related field
- Experienced in Credit Analysis or Commercial Loan is a MUST
- Experienced in SME sector would be advantage
- Experience of the Thai SME market
- Excellent in communication skill and coordinating skill
- Professionalism with analytic mindset
- Languages capability: Fluent command of English (both spoken and written)
