A well-known beauty group with is currently looking for an seasoned CRM Manager to join the team. You are responsible to drive customer acquisition through implementation of the company digital platforms.
- Initiate CRM strategy and implement programs for O2O channels
- Lead communications executions and ensure they are aligned with business target
- Gather insights from marketing campaigns and activities based on customer demographics, behaviours and segmentations
- Utilize insights and details to identify customer engagement and communication strategies
- Work with IT team & other partners for system enhancement across all CRM solutions
- Degree holder in Marketing / Communication, or related disciplines
- At least 8 years CRM experience, preferred experience in working with beauty industry with complex database
- Strong leadership and analytical skills
- Excellent command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Proficiency in PC skills and Chinese word processing
