A regional fashion and lifestyle company is now looking for a highly collaborative and data-driven CRM Marketing Manager to join its Singapore office.
Reporting to the head of sales and marketing, you will drive the entire customer lifecycle and journey, from strategy definitions, campaign conceptualisations to eventual results achievements.
- Harness data to build customer segmentation models and operationalize segment-specific strategies, develop cross-channel programs and initiatives that increase key performance indicators (eg new sign-up rate, purchase conversion)
- Conduct customer Journey Mapping to identify key business and customer touchpoints, enabling clarity on opportunities and gaps
- Collaborate across different and multiple internal and external stakeholders (eg vendors, Product team, Creative team, Technology team) to optimise customer communications and marketing campaigns
- More than 3 years of CRM experience in fashion/retail/ecom space
- Proficient in a sole contributor position with strong stakeholders management experience
- Experienced in data analytics and CRM/marketing automation tools and programmes
