This person plays a key role in supporting the MEA Segment team to achieve their overall business objectives (e.g. sales, guest counts, operating income), through digital channels such as app, kiosk, Digital Menu Boardsand CRM.
- Deliver agreed business results via Digital Channels.
- Support markets with expertise, guidance and connection to relevant stakeholders to enable performance progress in all areas relating to Digital.
- Supervise and execute Digital Media strategy and CRM activations for the MEA Region
- Support a performance mentality through measurement.
- Represent market needs within McDonald's App product prioritisation
- Support / enable Technology project delivery with accountability for Adoption and activation in the Segment.
- Support Global Technology team with business requirement definition as appropriate
- Participate in project work for new initiatives under development/deployment for markets
