A global sporting footwear brand is looking for an energetic and experienced Distributor Sales Manager to join its Singapore office.
Reporting to the Managing Director, you will foster strong relationships with the brand's distributing partners through demonstrated commercial win-wins across the 4Ps of marketing (price, product, promotion, placement) and sell-in/out/through, amongst others.
- Develop business, marketing and sales plan to achieve sales targets
- Drive strong P/L performance and sales leadership for the distribution partners
- Partner robustly with distributors to ensure best-in-class trainings, in-store animations, promotional campaigns are effectively deployed and monitored
- Rejuvenate internal and external ways of working to optimise operational and sales KPIs
- Mandatory: experienced with SG retail market and amassed strong network with local retailers, landlords, and other commercial partners
- >8 years of experience of business development, key accounts management, and/or sales (not limited to sports/footwear categories)
- Energetic profile who explores new ways of working (internally and externally) and comes with strong influencing/stakeholders' management skills
