Argyll Scott is partnering with a retail bank to search for an executive assistant.
Responsibilities:
- Provide executive support to CEO
- Assist in preparing timely management reports, corporate literature, publications and speeches etc.
- Liaise and coordinate with internal and external parties to ensure smooth business operations
- Assist in ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Degree holder or above
- Minimum 5 years' relevant experience in Banking sector
- Track record in serving senior executives
- Proficient in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational and writing skills
- Familiar with MS Office applications and Chinese word processing
