Job Description

Job Responsibilities;

Planning;

- Formulation of entire AOP plan by liaising with sales, supply chain, factory teams and aligning plans with relevant stakeholders

- Forecasting P&L basis inputs from multiple teams and actual changes in market dynamics or cost scenario

Variance analysis vs. plans :

- Simulation on profitability scenarios and replacement pricing

- Formulating long range and strategic plans

Drive analytics:

- Handling management accounting and advance analytics of each line items of P/L with cuts for the category, formats, brands

- Rolling forecasting and guidance to business on delivering versus plans

- Monthly profitability dashboards, analysis of gaps, regional profitability

- Support on NPD's, pricing, what-if scenario, shadow costing, and Ad-hoc

- Lead finance interface with cross-functional teams on any support

- Lead cross-functional project for cost-saving

- Partner with brand/category team in achieving top-line and NC targets by driving sales growth and cost savings

Qualifications;

- BBA and Master degree in Finance or Accounting from a reputable university

- Solid understanding of product costing, manufacturing process, and cost drivers

- Able to understand correlation and call out productivity impact from a change in cost structure, price, project implementation timeline and address risks and opportunities against productivity target

- Relevant work experience in Finance, preferably FMCG and Manufacturing exposure

- 3-5 years in Finance manager position with people management exposure

- Strong analytical skill

- Business partnering mindset to work effectively with cross functions

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel

- Good command in English of both written and spoken English

- Ability to work independently under pressure, meet deadlines, and focus on priorities

- Strong communication and people skills, able to influence management

- Familiar with SAP
