Job Description
Our client is a high-energy FMCG brand that has been experiencing high-growth over the past few years. They are hiring a Global HR Business Partner to provide business partnering support to selected leaders across the assigned business group and act as Global Lead for Talent management processes and initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the execution of the people and organisation strategy with selected senior stakeholders ensure star talent is identified and actions in place to accelerate and develop; advise and lead on capability build initiatives
- To create scale and speed by orchestrating region-wide HR initiatives; to support region-wide commercial projects requiring people and organisation change or intervention
- Orchestrate change initiatives as required for local teams, either generated from global initiatives or from the local base
- Act as a change champion to build change capability and be able to act as the change lead or work stream lead for large scale programmes or projects
- Develop Talent Strategy to support commercial strategy. This includes leading and orchestrating wide capability build interventions that underpin 2022 ambition
- Use organization metrics that enable us to gain insights on productivity, effectiveness and efficiency across the region
Requirements:
- Fluent in English and one Asian language
- At least 10 years in relevant FMCG / Consumer Products HR position
- Demonstrated record of achievement
- Relationship building and stakeholder management
- Organizational skills to ensure tight deadlines are met both internally and externally
