- Management of entire online customer experience
- Overseeing for design and development of ecommerce
- Build a leading regional e-commerce player from the ground up
- Set overarching strategy and processes for supply chain and logistics model
- Digital marketing function including social media integration, SEO/SEM/PPC and advanced web analytics
- Supplier and agency agreements, third party vendors and stakeholder management
- Establish the appropriate organization in line with the operational plan (OP) and international guidelines
- Recruit, develop, motivate and manage a team to deliver superior performance and results
- Manage the development and evolution of the eBusiness function in the Market/Region
- Ensure local eBusiness functions training capabilities
