We have engaged exclusively on a mandate with a very exciting client to recruit a Head of Marketing. This position will be pivotal in the continued growth of the business. This Multi Million-pound aim listed company are looking for an entrepreneurial, innovative and pragmatic marketing leader to join the business in order to continue to help win new business and develop existing relationships.
As a leader within the bulk annuities sector, this business is looking to continually strive for all round growth. Showing impressive financials as well as forever growing in headcount, reinvesting in themselves, they pride themselves on the reputation built within the market. This is the perfect opportunity for an experienced marketer to join a 'concrete' business that understands they are still able to push further. With support from the senior leadership team, you will have the autonomy to get creative and develop a marketing strategy focused on delivering results tangible.
The ideal candidate will be commercially minded, with the same passion and drive that the rest of the business carries. You will need to confidently execute the full marketing mix with emphasis on brand, comms, lead generation as well as website, design and social media platforms.
