- Responsible for creating a highly capable & experienced organization and able to work with C-level customers, long-term engagements in the field with successful business cases
- Deliver customer value & thought leadership
- Lead virtual/functional team to support Key Account Manager to grow within & beyond current business
- Conduct in-depth business-focused discussions with the customer & analyze customer business environments, requirements, plans & issues
- Perform value argumentation through generating customer business cases
- Identify & proactively drive new business opportunities
- Experience in working with Telco and solutions across all Engagement Practices
- Solid understanding of Services sales
- Consultative approach and affinity to work with Transformational projects
- 10 years of experience of relationship sales & from Telecom industry
- 5 years of experience in leadership skill
- Be able to travel to Oversea
