Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Drive the successful delivery, providing end-end project leadership, planning and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, and post-implementation support
- Identify, capture, understand, communicate and regularly assess the major risk and issues associated with key deliverables in line with the governance structure
- Identify, understand and manage the inter-dependencies of changes both internally and externally
- Proactively manage changes to scope of deliveries, identify potential crisis, and devise contingency plans
- Engage and ensure delivery from multiple teams including internal teams as well as third-party vendors through regular checkpoint meetings as appropriate
- Ensure that changes are delivered in a timely manner with clear and approved documentation, quality assurance frameworks and business readiness procedures considered and implemented
Requirements:
- Proven programme or project management experience in the Finance and Banking industry
- Strong experience in delivering complex business and IT system-related changes
- Have an understanding of IT infrastructure and software development
- Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of Equities or Fixed Income within a Custodian environment or Broker Dealer for Settlements, or Asset Services is highly desirable
