Job Description

Argyll Scott is helping the client looking for Project Manager to supports multiple business units in achieving goals in providing an amazing customer experience through omnichannel operations. You will operate across multiple business units, building a product to meet a complex set of business needs. As a core member of a small team building a solution to very large problems you will need to work successfully within an environment with significant autonomy and responsibility

Key Responsibilities

  • Your mission will be to drive the implementation of key strategic projects throughout the organization. The scope covers 3 main projects related to omnichannel that will be presented to you during the interview process
  • Map down, analyze and propose action plans, with your BU counterparts the process flow of the key omnichannel processes
  • Coordinate with all stakeholders on a weekly basis for problem resolution, information sharing, alignment and KPI reporting and document processes
  • Ensure progress is reported on a weekly basis to the Customer-Centric Steering Committee
  • You will have to define the KPIs worth reporting on, gather relevant data and inputs
  • Roll out and standardize processes and data points throughout multiple business units
  • Work on additional value-added projects that will decrease cost, improve customer experience, reduce plastic/carbon impact, increase revenue

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Fluency in English and Thai, both written and orally.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
  • Ability to demonstrate accuracy and precision in work
  • Proficiency in Excel
  • High level of ownership and responsibility
  • Excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills
  • Work experience in change management and process improvement
  • Previous Project Management experience
  • Experience in a regional team
