Job Description
Our client is a well-known Non life insurance company which specialized in wide range of insurance products such as Motor, Property, Personal Accident, and etc. They are now looking for "Relationship Manager" to focus on partner relationship management and branch relationship.
Responsibilities:
- Establishing & strengthening the relationship with branch manager & staff to gain leads.
- Creating awareness and motivate team member to recommend insurance products to customers.
- Achieve the targeted penetration on cross-selling within the branch customer base.
- Ensure compliance to internal sales process & other defined sales & service standards.
Requirement:
- Thai nationality only
- At least Bachelor's degree in any related field
- At least 5 years of related work experience in insurance industry, especially for bancassurance product.
- Excellent in communication skill and coordinating skill
- Professionalism
- Languages capability: Fluent command of English (both spoken and written)
