Industry: Consumer products - OEM (Manufacturing)
Location: Rama 2
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent the Sales, Marketing and Technical Services functions on the Executive Team and cross-functional teams, as required
- Prepare national Sales targets, budgets, reports and forecasts
- Establish and control national Sales objectives, policies and programs within the context of the business strategic plan
- Participate in the development of the strategy for the Business and facilitate implementation, as required
- Plan, direct and support the activities of the Sales, Marketing and Technical Services teams
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of Sales, Marketing and Technical Services employees
- Maintain contact with major customers and suppliers
- Develop maximum potential volume from all identified markets
- Direct the constant appraisal of pricing and other policies and procedures of the function
- Optimize cross-functional contact, contact with industry associations and government representatives to achieve business objectives
Qualifications:
- Working experience 10 years experiences in an industrial, marketing, or commercial role
- A background in marketing or sales environment in the consumer products or OEM business
- Experience with conducting successful negotiations with specifiers, distributors, end-users, and suppliers
- Fluent communication in English, speaking, writing, and presentation
- Thai Nationality
