Job Description
Our client is an international company in the education industry with numerous branches around the world providing B2B and B2C courses. They are looking for a strong 'Sales Manager' who will be working directly with the area manager and commercial director to develop the branch's business, operation, and service success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing the center and ensuring everyday smooth operations and delivery to students
- Working with the service manager and creating a strong relationship between service and sales team
- Lead the sales team and assuring they achieve sales targets
- Development strategies to support retention and excellent results are put in place
- Creating and providing timely and accurate reports that track and monitor all center KPIs
- Ensure that student satisfaction and learning levels exceed expected benchmarks
- Performing other tasks as assigned by management team
- Responsible for overall look and feel of the Center, ensuring that it is consistently warm, welcoming, tidy and clean
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in sales (B2C preferred), and at least 2 years of experience in management (B2C preferred),
- Strong in people management and leadership, should experience in driving sales team
- Able to handle the tough working environment and high pressure, and strong in sales operation.
- Able to work in Sat and Sun (6 days off/month include public holiday)
- Used to working with targets and benchmarking success
- Can do attitude with a big passion in Educational business
- Fluent English and local language.
