Location: Bangkok, Thailand
Key roles & responsibilities:
- Assist with the preparation and implementation of approved marketing strategies and communication plans
- Manage sales order, invoice and billing process
- Manage stock, and delivery
- Handle import process and support custom clearance for import cargo
- Issuing Price Information Document depending on sales request.
- Concluding forecast by selecting a non-information customer list at the end of the month for Sales consideration.
- Manage certificates and related documents
- Provide overall support to Sales team
- Support ad hoc duties / projects
- Minimum Bachelor degree in business administration, marketing, industrial engineering or other related field
- 5 + years' experience in operations support role in Tire Industry
- Knowledge of SAP Software, Pivot and Excel is a must
- Good command of both written and spoken English
- Good interpersonal skill
- Thai Nationality
