Argyll Scott is partnering with a well-known composite insurer to look for a senior business operation manager.
Responsibilities
- Supporting business functions in strategy forming and execution and delivering operational improvement initiatives
- Plan, design and drive initiatives with a focus on operational excellence enhancement
- Lead and contribute mid to long-term strategic initiatives
- Collaborate closely with senior stakeholders i.e. managing directors and the business on operational strategies
- Drive a wide range of Asia operational initiatives to make an impact to the international office
Requirements
- University qualifications or above
- CFA/CPA/relevant qualifications preferred
- Minimum 7 years or above experience in strategy planning and financial reporting/consolidation experience gained in Insurance/Financial services/Consulting firms
- Analytical, innovative with strategic mindset and excellent communication skills with senior stakeholders
- Fluency in English a must and Asian language a plus
