Looking for candidate with data analytics/data mining skill sets to analyze Voice IP quality data to determine the quality of our IP telephony services in Skype for businesses or in the upcoming MS Teams.

Skype for business service quality monitoring
- Be part of the team to support various monitoring topics for Skype for Business/ MS Teams (and Avaya) in the organization.
- Exposure to different monitoring/reporting tools such as, NexThink, Splunk, PowerBI, Tableau or any other data analysis tool
- Analyze monitoring requirement, develop operation concept, implement monitoring solution and maintain/support the product after rollout
- Analyse collected data from SfB via Splunk to provide proactive measures to improve SfB Quality
- Evaluate and design the next-gen monitoring system for MS Teams (Voice, conference, IM)
- Skillsets in data analytics, mining
Are you the ideal candidate? You will have:
- Bachelor in Computer Science/Engineering, Electrical/Software Engineering or Data Science and Analytics
- 3 - 5 years experience in using monitoring/ reporting tools like NetIQ, PowerBI, Splunk in service quality assessment in UCC environment
- Experienced practitioner of ITIL processes and Project Management, including Agile
- Knowledge domain in Unified Communication will be an advantage
- Backend operational experience with Skype for Business and/or MS Team (audio communication, instant messaging)
- Working experience in other UCC platform/application. For example: Avaya
