Job Description

One of the global IT Solution and software company is recruiting for a professional candidate who has strong sales skills with proven track record of the sales achievement, selling the IT Solution, IT software or related field for the position of Sales Manager.

The shortlisted candidate must have good communication skills in English, both written and verbal with ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.

Location: Asoke area

Working hours: Monday-Friday, 8.30 AM - 5 PM

Key Responsibilities

  • Developing the business plan and strategy for Thailand market
  • Generating new business and achieve the assigned revenue.
  • Maintaining the strong sales pipelines through creating sales opportunities starting from the cold call to close the deal
  • Building and promoting strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
  • Building and driving the sales processes and developing the quotations and proposals
  • Creating and developing business strategies for key accounts.
  • Building strategic customer relationships to understand customer's pains/requirements
  • Achieved sales strategies and objectives.
  • Presenting the sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
  • Analyzing the competitor's products, strategy, and client

Key Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree is a must
  • The minimum of 10 years experiences with the proven track record of the sales achievement, selling IT Software, IT solution or related field
  • Possess a strong relationship with the client in the manufacturing industries is an advantage
  • Be an aggressive salesperson
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
  • Strong business sense and industry expertise
  • Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written
  • The strong passion with good knowledge of solution sales and IT services.
  • Good personality with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Positive attitude toward team working and willing to work hard.
  • Good leadership skills by coaching, training and mentoring the team
