Job Description
A dermatology skincare MNC is currently looking for an experienced Training Manager / Assistant Training Manager for the APAC operation. You will be responsible for delivering training for a portfolio of product across APAC.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify training and development needs across APAC
- Deliver train-the-trainer and coaching to ensure the training's and tools are implemented smoothly in APAC
- Design, formulate and execute training and development plans to achieve the business strategies
- Develop and foster a continued learning culture and ensure timely delivery of agreed upon schedules for retail training and development programs
- Post-training monitoring and analysis effectiveness after training
Key Requirements:
- Degree holder in Sales with minimum 5 years of training experience in Skincare/ Cosmetic category (Regional experience is preferred)
- Detailed, proactive with good communications, presentation and influencing skills
- Good spoken and written English and Cantonese/other Asia language
- Able to travel
- Less experienced candidates will be considered as Assistant Manager
